In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of air travel apps on the Android platform in Sweden revealed interesting trends. Data sourced from Sensor Tower highlights the activity of five leading applications.

SAS – Scandinavian Airlines started the quarter with weekly downloads around 3K, experiencing fluctuations but ending on a high note with over 4K downloads. The app maintained a consistent user base, with weekly active users hovering around 30K, peaking mid-quarter.

Norwegian Travel Assistant showed a steady download rate, starting at approximately 2K and peaking at 2.7K towards the end of August. However, weekly active users decreased from 17.6K to 9.3K by the end of September.

Ryanair observed a decline in downloads from 2.4K at the beginning of July, stabilizing around 1.7K by the end of the quarter. The app's active users saw a slight decline from 34K to 28K.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker maintained a steady revenue stream, with a notable increase to $3.9K in late September. Downloads fluctuated between 1.3K and 2.1K, while active users consistently remained above 36K.

Lufthansa had a modest download rate, starting at 918 and decreasing to 690. Despite this, active users climbed from 2.2K to over 2.3K by the end of the quarter.
